Hundreds of thousands have fled Rafah as Israel steps up its ground operation. Now, the International Red Cross is opening a new field hospital in Rafah that will treat 200 people a day. Hisham Mhanna, a Red Cross spokesperson in Gaza, says there’s only one hospital remaining in the entire Gaza Strip.
