NDP health critic David Shepherd said Monday it has been more than 100 days since Smith promised to fix health care within 90 days. Smith made the comments in a speech to the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce in October, noting it was going to “be a bit bumpy.”
Shepherd said the UCP has left the health-care system in chaos, leaving Albertans without access to a family doctor, ambulances lining up at hospitals, surgery delays, and exhausted frontline health-care workers.
