Alexei Navalny, Russia’s opposition leader and its fiercest critic of President Vladimir Putin, died in a Russian prison on Friday at 47, according to the prison service where he was being held. Egor Cherniuk, the activist’s former regional campaign manager, says it will take a long time to fully process Navalny’s death.
