Alberta’s provincial health authority confirmed it’s investigating after an emergency 911 was downgraded for a 92-year old woman seeking an ambulance to the hospital.
Jacqui Bayne’s mom, 92-year-old Barbara Ross, became sick at the end of January, and after a series of calls to Health Link at 811, instructions to see a family doctor, and finally a 911 call that was shuffled to 811.
