Edmonton Weather: Here Comes The Sun, And I Say It's All Right

Well, little darlings, we’re not coming out of a long, long, lonely winter, as George Harrison once sang, but it’s looking like we’ll see a return to some sunny conditions after days of smoke and Wednesday’s rain.

The special air quality statement has been lifted and the skies should clear up today.

Here’s a look at the forecast from Environment Canada.

It’s a little warmer so far this morning, with Blatchford weather station recording a temperature of 10 C, though the forecast high is a degree cooler than yesterday, expected to reach 18 C.

Tonight looks to be clear with an overnight low of 10.

After that? It’s clear sailing, with highs in the low 20s through the weekend.
