Staff Sgt. David Paton said investigators believe a person in India is co-ordinating the arsons and shootings, many of which have targeted homebuilders and resulted in $10 million in property damage. A dozen investigators and analysts are assigned to the probe — dubbed Project Gaslight — and have spent months combing through surveillance video from homes, stores and fuelling stations where suspects allegedly bought jerry cans and gasoline, Paton said.
