He still owes thousands in CEBA debt, even with help from family and friends

Rod Castro owns two restaurants in Ottawa. He says he’s managed to pay off his outstanding Canada Emergency Business Account loan debt for one with help from family and friends, but he’s refinanced the loan for his other restaurant and will have to pay interest on the $40,000 balance starting during the slowest months of the year for his businesses.
