The northern leopard frog once thrived in Edmonton’s river valley, but today the Rocky Mountain population is an endangered species, living in the wild only in one B.C. wetland. However, staff at the Edmonton Valley Zoo are leaping into action to help save the species. The zoo’s Makayla Ohlmann explains how.
