Israel would ‘welcome’ extension of ceasefire for more hostages, Israeli PM’s adviser says

On Sunday, the third day of the temporary ceasefire, the Israeli military said 14 Israelis and three foreign nationals being held hostage in Gaza were released by Hamas. Ophir Falk, foreign policy adviser to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, says they would ‘welcome’ an extension of the ceasefire in exchange for the release of more hostages.
