Just how bad is construction traffic in Toronto?

No one is surprised it will take longer to get around in Toronto this summer. But construction delays might be even worse than anticipated. This year, part of a major street is closed to build the new Ontario Line. CBC’s Angelina King and Nicole Brockbank went for a drive to see how bad it is out there and found out what’s being done to make it more bearable for drivers.
