The European Union Foreign Affairs Council invited Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of prominent Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, to discuss further sanctions against Russia. Navalnaya also pushed for sanctions against those responsible for the imprisonment and the death of her husband.
