Mathieu Grondin has been named Ottawa’s new nightlife commissioner to try to grow the city’s after-hours culture. Abbis Mahmoud, founder and operator of entertainment venue owner Dreammind Group, hopes the new commissioner can turn Ottawa’s reputation from ‘boring city’ to ‘world class.’
