Two of his kids can’t walk. Each fire alarm meant fear for his family

Riyad Hussain says with four or five false fire alarms a week at the family’s home on Ottawa’s Donald Street, he had to choose whether to carry his two children who can’t walk down four flights each time. The father of four says a real fire made him decide it was time to move.
