UN envoy has ‘reasonable grounds’ to believe Hamas raped women in Oct. 7 attack

The United Nations envoy focusing on sexual violence in conflict said in a new report that there are ‘reasonable grounds’ to believe Hamas and other militant groups committed rape, ‘sexualized torture,’ and other cruel and inhumane treatment of women during the Oct. 7 attack in southern Israel.
