Toronto’s traffic has gone viral after singer Niall Horan had to walk to his own concert due to congestion. Giles Gerson, president and CEO of the Toronto Region Board of Trade, is part of the task force launched by the board to tackle the issue. He told Canada Tonight there are a lot of things that can be done, starting with a major reset.
