Ryan Nugent-Hopkins scored two power-play goals for the Oilers as they defeated the Stars, 3-1, on Friday night. Phillip Broberg also scored for Edmonton, and Wyatt Johnston had Dallas\u2019 lone goal of the game.<\/p>\n
The Stars mustered just 20 shots on goal in the loss, and Oilers goaltender Stuart Skinner stopped 19 of the 20 he faced.<\/p>\n
If the Stars win tonight, Game 7 will be in Dallas on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n
With a win, the Oilers can advance to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2006. The Florida Panthers already have one of the spots in the Final after winning the Eastern Conference on Saturday night.<\/p>\n
No Canadian team has won the Stanley Cup since the Montreal Canadiens did so in 1993. Canadian teams have reached the Final five times since then.<\/p>\n
