Federal Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault was asked to explain why the carbon tax hasn’t stopped extreme events like wildfires and hurricanes.
Guilbeault held a press conference Friday outside the Convention Centre in Quebec City where the Conservative Party of Canada are holding a three-day policy convention.
